To request a refund, please email email@example.com. We want you to love your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 15 days of purchase for free. If return is within 30 days, you may receive in-store credit only. Exceptions may apply. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Return by mail: Items purchased online can be returned by mail. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Return Instructions: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
